1. Acceptance of Terms 

By placing an order with A&M Platter Co, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Ordering Terms 

• Orders must be placed in advance to ensure availability.
•  Orders must be placed a minimum of (2) weeks prior to the required collection, delivery time, or event. 

1. Payment Terms 

• Full payment at the time of booking via our website is welcomed. 
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. If full payment is made when booking the 30% non-refundable deposit still applies. 
• Deposits must be received within seven (7) days of the issued invoice. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the booking request. 
• The remaining balance is due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date, collection, or delivery. 
• If final payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be deemed cancelled and any deposit paid will be forfeited. 
• We accept payment via website, direct deposit or cash (arranged). 
• All pricing is listed in AUD and is inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. 

1. Cancellation & Refunds 

• 7+ days’ notice: Full refund excluding the 30% non-refundable deposit. 
• Less than 7 days’ notice: no refund. 
• All deposits are strictly non-refundable as they secure your booking and cover administrative and preliminary preparation costs. 
• Date changes must be requested at least 7’ days prior to the scheduled date and are strictly subject to availability. Approval is at our discretion. Additional charges may apply. 

1. Delivery & Pick-Up 

• Delivery available in Maitland and the Hunter Valley surrounds for $20 flat rate. If ordering further away price will depend on location. 
• Pick-up via booking only. 
• Missed deliveries or Pick-ups are the clients responsibility.

1. Allergies & Dietary Requirements 

• While we take care in preparing all food items, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments, however we do our absolute best for this. 
• Allergies or dietary requirements must be disclosed when ordering. 

1. Food Safety 

• A&M Platter Co grazing boxes and platters are prepared fresh and should be consumed within 3 hours of delivery or collection unless kept refrigerated. We recommend you consume the grazing boxes and platters within 24 hours of refrigeration. 
• We are not liable for food safety after delivery. 

1. Substitutions 

• Due to seasonality or supply, we may substitute ingredients without notice. 

1. Photography 

• We may use images of your grazing boxes, or platters for marketing. 
• Let us know in writing if you’d prefer we don’t. 

1. Liability 

• We comply with Australian Consumer Law.
• Not liable for indirect or consequential loss
